Listen to your body. Once a week, twice a month, whenever, you feel like it is time.

What will my therapist bring to my home?

A massage table, clean linen, aromatherapy oils, massage cream and music.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR DURING THE MASSAGE SESSION? 2016-12-09T19:54:39+00:00

It doesn’t matter at all what you wear. During the session, your preference for your state of undress depends on your comfort level. However, it will feel best for the client to be completely unclothed, for the creams and oils to fully glide on the skin. There will be draping to always protect the modesty of the client.

DO I NEED TO TIP MY MASSAGE THERAPIST? 2016-12-09T19:54:39+00:00

Tipping is appreciated, but never required. Our therapists sometimes expect tipping when the location is more than 30 minutes drive or when they have to lift heavy massage table for several flights of stairs.

We take good care of our therapists and pay them almost twice as much as the industry standard. So tipping is more of a reward for good service than a convention.

CAN I REBOOK WITH MY SAME MASSAGE THERAPIST? 2016-05-16T00:51:00+00:00

Absolutely! After your first massage with any of our massage therapists, you will have the option to re-book at that time any future massages with the same therapist.

We cannot guarantee that the same therapist will be able to arrive at your home within an hour. If you want a therapist immediately, we suggest you book a therapist and let us provide you with the closest available therapist.

We offer on-demand service and have no way to guarantee a certain therapist will be available UNLESS the appointment with that specific massage therapist you choose, is made 4 hours in advance of your desired appointment time.

Currently, Mobile Massage Beverly Hills does accept insurance auto and workmens comp claims. This is done with a prescription from your doctor and a process of proper documentation with your insurance company.

The charge for the massage is arranged on the website at the time of the appointment. 

Once an appointment is requested, you are notified via e-mail. You will receive a booking confirmation notice. We understand that plans can change, so please see our rescheduling and cancellation policies below:

  1. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 1 hour before the appointment time with no penalty.
  2. If you reschedule with less than 1 hours’ notice, prior to the appointment, we charge a $35 fee.
  3. If you reschedule with less than 30 minutes’ notice prior to the appointment, we charge a $50 fee.
  4. If you cancel with less than 1 hours’ notice prior to the appointment, we charge $50 fee.
  5. If you cancel with less than 30 minutes prior to the appointment, we charge the full amount of the massage.

Mobile Massage Beverly Hills offers massages 7 days a week.
8:00am – 10:00pm

The last appointment has to be made at 9:00pm.
